I use story-driven strategy through a doula lens to support organizations and individuals to navigate change with clarity, trust, and possibility. Together, we can build a more just, connected future.
I’m an Indigenous sister, author, doula, and story-driven strategist. I work at the intersections of care, creativity, and systems-change to help people and organizations meet uncertainty without fear, fragmentation, or force.
Across my work, I return to one truth: when we are guided by the wisdom of our bodies, our communities, and our stories we make better decisions, strengthen trust, and increase impact.
At The Center for Story & Strategy™, I partner with organizations to build story-driven strategies rooted in deep listening to the the communities you serve. Together, we architect programs, policies, and communications built on real community wisdom, not assumptions to increase your organization's impact and efficiency.
I offer doula support for organizations navigating uncertainty, transition, grief, growth, or re-orientation—whether through retreats, conferences, or internal moments of change. This work builds resilience, trust, and collective capacity to move forward without burnout or collapse.
Birth, postpartum, death, loss, and release are ceremonies.
Muungas Doula Services is my Vermont-based, in-person doula practice—rooted in ancestral care, cultural continuity, and the belief that you are the expert in your body and what you need to be well.
I support individuals, families, and communities through life’s most intimate thresholds with deep presence and reverence.
